2. Description of Service
Remoox Go is a business management and invoicing platform providing point-of-sale, catalog management, inventory tracking, and sales reporting tools for small and medium businesses. Features may vary according to your selected subscription plan.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
4. Business Ownership and Team Members
Business owners are responsible for the actions of any employees or collaborators invited to their business workspace. Owners have the administrative authority to manage employee permissions and remove members.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or app store subscription settings. Upon cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Account Termination and Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time via the app settings or the web deletion portal. Deletion of an owner account will terminate associated business workspaces and cancel active subscriptions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Remoox Go is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous availability and accurate offline synchronization, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remoox Go is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect business damages.
8. Governing Law and Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
